Deals & approvals

Every deal knows exactly who has to say yes.

Approvals route by discount, term, ARR, TCV, region, or SKU compatibility — with delegation, reassignment, and email actions so deals keep moving. When commercial terms change, stale approvals are invalidated and the revision increments automatically.

Buyer delivery

Buyers see the approved revision. Nothing else.

Send a governed quote as a clean, tokenized buyer link with a final snapshot, PDF export, and typed acceptance trail — name, signature text, timestamp, and origin recorded. The customer can't land on a stale draft, and RevOps can always prove what was sent and what was accepted.
