Create your workspace to start a 14-day Growth trial. Starter and Scale buttons contact the team; they do not create a different trial.
The workspace becomes read-only until a paid plan is activated. You can still sign in and view your data. There is no automatic charge.
Contact the RuleDesk team using the plan links above. The team confirms the plan, seats, billing term, and effective date before activating the change. Billing is currently handled by invoice.
Company SSO is included with Growth and Scale; read-only MCP connections are Scale-only. Both require platform availability and company-admin configuration. SSO requires a verified provider setup. MCP also requires an approved compatible client and each user's consent. Contact us to confirm MCP availability before relying on an external assistant connection.
AI capabilities depend on platform availability, your plan and workspace settings. Usage is subject to workspace limits and fair-use controls.
